SOMONT is specialised in development and production of high-speed soldering systems for solar cells. Our RAPID stringer connects cells to strings in varying lengths (from 6 to 12 cells).
After the soldering process, our Lay-up stations provide precise positioning of the strings on the glass plate covered with EVA foil. The final soldering of the strings takes place at the working places for interconnection of the strings. Thereafter they are ready for the further processing in the laminator.
Our machines are state-of-the-art and offer with up to 2.400 cells per hour the highest performance at the market. Even most sensitive cells with different manufacturer specifications can be handled with lowest breakage rate.
Performance classes of RAPID:
RAPID ONE (600 cells per hour, 10 MW per year)
RAPID TWO (1.200 cells per hour, 20 MW per year)
RAPID FOUR (2.400 cells per hour, 40 MW per year)
